All of our models are crafted to order, ensuring each piece receives meticulous attention to detail and finishing at our artisan studio in Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Before dispatch, every item is carefully inspected through a comprehensive quality assurance process to confirm it meets our standards of precision, craftsmanship, and presentation.

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Custom commissions may take longer depending on their complexity and specific requirements; estimated time frames will be provided during the commissioning process.

For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
