Made to Order & Processing Time
Most of our items are made to order, meaning they are produced especially for you after your purchase.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days before dispatch
- Larger or more complex orders may take longer
- If processing exceeds 10 business days, we will notify you
If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is in addition to processing time and varies depending on your location and selected shipping method.
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
UK Orders

International Orders

Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return), we will:

- Refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs

- We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
