Made to Order & Processing Time

Most of our items are made to order, meaning they are produced especially for you after your purchase.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days before dispatch
  • Larger or more complex orders may take longer
  • If processing exceeds 10 business days, we will notify you

If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order.


Shipping Time

Shipping time is in addition to processing time and varies depending on your location and selected shipping method.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

UK Orders

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch confirmation, please contact us.


International Orders

We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
  • Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

EU Customers:
Orders shipped from the UK to the EU may incur VAT, customs duties, and handling fees upon arrival.

Delivery Issues

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us via email with your order details.


Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return), we will:

  • Process your refund within 14 days
  • Refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs

Please note:

  • We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Exceptions
