All of our models are crafted to order, ensuring each piece receives meticulous attention to detail and finishing at our artisan studio in Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch standard orders within 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. Custom commissions may take longer depending on their complexity and specific requirements; estimated time frames will be provided during the commissioning process.
